Quality Policy


The Direction of CN METAL di Chizzolini Ottavio believes that the success in the long term depends on the ability to meet contractual conditions and customers' requirements.


To achieve this aim CN METAL di Chizzolini Ottavio maintains a Quality System complying with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2008 standards and perfectly linked to the company management system.

Our Quality System is based on the integration of all the company functions so as to achieve close co-operation between them to improve performances, meet customers' requirements, enhance efficiency and reduce disorganization.

Therefore, as far as the above-mentioned period of validity is concerned, our company is involved in programmes that, thanks to the synergy of all its elements, are pursuing the objectives listed in the following page, in connection with quality indicators and company aims.

CN METAL di Chizzolini Ottavio has pledged itself to achieve important goals that identify every "healthy" company, such as:

* to increase sales in line with the operating cost rise that can be rated at 10% due also to the full integration of the Quality System in the company

* to remove and prevent faults in order to reduce costs due to non-conformity and to hold in evidence any quality achievement thanks to the following objectives:
- to reduce the defects of materials and/or services and the "calculable" risks of delivered products
- to reduce non-conformity problems during company procedures
- to improve equipment
- to improve technical staff training by in-house and external refresher courses
* to motivate and place responsibilities on our suppliers, to recognize their merits and enhance their professional skills

* to consider our suppliers as partners, getting in touch with them directly
* to optimize working conditions by a gradual process aimed at improving our product organization that is needed to carry out each activity
* to improve customers' satisfaction by achieving the following goals:
- to decrease the number of claims
- to widen and improve the range of services

To check if the Quality Policy is well-understood and fulfilled, the Direction has fixed periods of training and systematic examinations by the Quality Assurance Manager to rectify and support the Quality System.

We firmly believe that the pursuit of this policy will offer actual advantages to our company and our customers so that both of them can be satisfied.
