RELEASE-AGENT RECOVERY SYSTEM
This system sucks the exhausted release agents under
the press, sends it into the polyethylene tank where it is mixed with the
release agents coming from the centralized mixing system and it is then sent
under pressure to the lubricator
This means that there is no longer the problem of
sending the residue to the filtration or disposal plant !!

This system draws the release agent from the tank
under the press, filtered it, the percentage of release agent is added for use
and it is put directly back into the line together with the fresh product which
will go directly to the lubricant, in this way there will be a closed loop use
without disposal
It is recommended to install a belt oil separator on
the well to remove the oil on the surface, thus avoiding premature clogging of
the two filters
